We are not just parts changers:
we always do a PM, which includes cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting, if necessary.
We can usually help with any software/hardware problems, as well as, any networking, etc.

RECONDITIONING and REPAIRS of all EPSON STYLUS PRO (WIDE-FORMAT) PRINTERS, INK JET PRINTERS (STYLUS), RECEIPT PRINTERS (TM), and DOT MATRIX PRINTERS by
EPSON CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS (the only Stylus Pro and SureColor EPSON certified techs in Oklahoma, Louisiana, or Kansas -- & Southern Missouri). This means we can buy parts directly from EPSON. If, for example, you are a professional photographer, or a printer doing color-matching, you don't want just any DX5 printhead from China for your EPSON Stylus Pro 9900 because EPSON prepares each head (rank ID) for that particular Stylus Pro model's electronics. With a generic printhead your colors will not be true, and all your Color Profiles for your RIP/PREPRESS/PROOFING will have to be changed, just to get close. If, on the other hand, you have an older model Stylus Pro that EPSON no longer supplies parts for, and you have a lot of money invested in Hardware/Software/Consumables: Printer, Inks, a RIP, an X-RITE Spectroproofer, Proofing, or PrePress, China may be the only answer for new parts. We do have a stock of NOS parts; e.g., we still have heads for the EPSON Stylus Pro 7600/9600 series, and a lot of used printers in storage that we have to rob parts off, when neither EPSON nor China works. We have over 20 years experience with EPSON printers and we still repair the first EPSON Stylus Pro, wide-format: the SP7000/SP9000. We use only the EPSON supplied support software, that is legally available to only certified technicians, and is absolutely necessary for a proper, well-tested, and complete repair.

AND please don't buy these Printheads from China that will say everything but: NEW, OEM. These people call us every week wanting to buy the old printheads that we replaced, in order to clean them up and sell as "refurbished" or "compatible". Printheads that have electrical problems, cannot be refurbished. We have had people who bought these and after three replacements, have still not gotten a good printhead. Caveat Emptor!!!

It is possible to repair most printers / plotters to work as good as new: the question is, whether or not, the cost is justifiable.

We have a warehouse full of older printers/plotters that can be used to replace or repair your printer. So if your printer or plotter software is mated to legacy hardware, we may be able to provide a like printer or plotter replacement for your particular needs.
